These Protein Cookie Dough Balls are so easy to make and delicious too! It takes about 10 minutes to make them and you can store them in the fridge for a nice post-work-out or afternoon snack. They’re mostly made with almond flour, protein powder and natural peanut butter. If you don’t like protein powder, you can of course just use a whole cup of almond flour. You could also swap peanut butter for almond butter and that would likely taste great too!

PROTEIN COOKIE DOUGH BALLS INGREDIENTSÂ
—3/4 cup natural creamy peanut butter
—1/2 almond flour
—1/2 cup protein powder- I used a pea one from a company called Pulsin here in the UK
—2 tablespoons maple syrup
—1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
—1/4 teaspoon salt

Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well, then roll into balls. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before eating … store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
